Megan & Joss - Wedding Day  

Sutton Village Church & the Mercure Haydock Hotel - 19th October 2019

I first met Megan and Joss at a wedding fair at the Mercure Haydock Hotel back in February 2018.  They came to see me via recommendation from friends whose wedding I photographed two years earlier.

​

I met up with them again a month before their wedding for their pre wedding photo shoot at a local park, and ran through the final details for their BIG day!

​

The next time I saw them was at their church rehearsal 4 days beforehand, where I was able to check church rules and find out where I was able to stand on the day with as little intrusion as possible!  Whilst there I was able to advise the family according to tradition who sat/stood with who etc.

​

Bridal Preparations were arranged at the Hotel - Megan, 3 Bridesmaids, 2 Flower Girls and both Mums were all due to have their hair and make up prepped in one room.  I arranged to go up to the Hotel the day before to photograph the dresses, shoes, tiara, veil etc giving me adequate space and time to take plenty of images such lovely reminders in the A3 story book album they had chosen.

By the time I arrived to capture Bridal Preparations on the the day, I had met the Bride, Groom and family on several occasions and we already felt like goods friends.

​

Megan and Joss were so laid back and were a dream to work with, their wedding was a perfect day from start to finish!
